Sprints nights in the desert of Arizona are just awesome. This image was take about an hours drive east of phoenix in an area in which was dark enough to see the stars. Late March and April are the best times to see the Milky Way as an arch in the northern hemisphere. This wasn’t as much a planned shot as it was opportunistic. I was already about photographing another beautiful scene with the arch of stars and just happened to like this one better.
