Description
This trio of brown bear yearlings sit delicately together on a tiny rock mid river watching their momma chase after sockeye salmon. For the better part of 30 minutes, the mother bear would pounce, catch, and feed on tasty salmon, without the trio ever leaving the safety of the rock. The cubs stay put not due to the strength of the rivers current, but to stay in eye shot of mom so she can ward off any bad intentioned bears before they get close to her cubs.
