Peek-a-Boo Pine Martin
Peek-a-Boo is an appropriate name for this little one. One second you see them and the next second they are gone. I’ve seen at least 20 Pine Martins in my adventures outdoors but this is the first one I have been about to get an adorable photograph of. Usually they are running on or climbing in and around trees or downfall, making for less than ideal proof-of-life photos. This little one gave me about 10 minutes of opportunity, and in their world, its really quite a lot. This image is a favorite because of the cleanness of the background and the adorable expression.
