Description
A steep & muddy decent down to a fantastic waterfall led me to this image. As I found myself engulfed in the beauty of this canyon, I found the most unique composition to represent more then just the flowing water, but the beauty of the forests undergrowth. As with most photographs of beautiful waterfalls, they tend to merely showcase the beauty of the water, surrounded by old growth. The idea here was to show the opposit. The moss rocks surrounded by water show the delicate balance of earth and water and the life it breathes.
