Description
The moment you round a trail corner in Alaska and this big fella appears… you easily convince yourself that somewhere along the line of recent decisions, you made the wrong one. This brown bear followed my 8 year old daughter and I a few hundred feet down a trail before he finally passed us by. There was a brief moment when he stopped to smell the air in which I was able to lift my camera a snap a few shots. This big fella sports the nickname “Popeye” for his massive forarms.
